My specialization areas as a translator
During my school years, I had done several translating jobs both as part of the course requirements and as part of my special interest in languages. My specialization areas include computers and medicine. I had a course in Prolog while I was studying for my M.A. in Linguistics and did a project on computer translation of Turkish prepositional phrases into Turkish and vice versa. I acquired medical background during my studies towards my M.A. in Speech and Hearing Sciences. In addition to software localization, online help, manual translations, I am also specialized in business and legal translations.
